Appeals to be allowed in Vegas and LA in 2010

Howard Markowitz just announced at the Calcutta that he and Pat Gibson have made the decision to allow appeals at their events starting with the 2010 calendar year. The rule change to require unanimous agreement by the committee coupled with the recent discussions were cited as factors contributing to the change in policy.
