What is the Fair Settlement here?

The "fair" settlement is that he pays you what was agreed. Everyone is entitled to make a very bad or very good deal, but no one is entitled to break the agreement just because they don't think it's fair.

I make settlements in the chouette every day. My goal is to make unfair settlements. If they are fair, what's the point?
