Although it suggests that White should have been cubed a roll earlier, a possible game sequence (with White's rolls underlined) is

62S-62X-21D-41R-41P-31U-53S-22A-53T-65R-65

[62: 24/18 13/11, 62: 24/22 13/7*, 21: Bar/24 13/11, 41: 22/18 8/7, 41: 11/7* 8/7, 31: Bar/21, 53: 24/21 13/8, 22: 7/5(2) 6/4*(2), 53: Bar/22 11/6, 65: 21/10, 65: to play]

r (run 24/13). White doesn't like being exposed on the 22pt while outboarded, but it seems to me that escaping the last checker must the best chance to win this bad position.

If you adjust the position so that White has a spare on her midpoint and one fewer on her 6pt (relatively 7 pips worse in the race but having more realistic timing / counterpriming chances), I'm not sure which checker I'd run.
