Strictly speaking, this is false. The interval [0.0701, 0.1537] either contains the true equity of 24/18 13/8 or it doesn't. But there is about a 95% chance that, using the procedure, we will construct an interval such that it contains the true equity.

So glad I just got a degree in Philosophy.
