I also think it would be nice for people to have all the facts. But Stick, who apparently has the facts or at least thinks he does, is choosing not to share them. I have no doubt that Stick is sincere, but it's not the coolest thing to make a post like "I know the guy is guilty, I can't show you any of the evidence, but I'm hoping other people will independently post the evidence I already have so you can all agree he's guilty too." If there's a public interest in broadcasting the fact that the guy is a scam artist, then there's a public interest in sharing the evidence so that people can see it's true.

I think Stick is honest in everything he says, but that doesn't mean he has 100% infallible judgment in drawing conclusions about the facts that he knows and we don't. And I'm not a big fan of concluding that the guy is probably guilty unless he publicly defends himself against a bunch of evidence that he isn't even allowed to see.
