Kibitzing - Yes or No?

Agreed, a kibbitzer says nothing unless BOTH players agree to ask.

Agreed, egregious behavior or match mistakes (wrong match length, wrong clock settings, etc.) should be immediately reported to the director for him/her to deal with. The kibbitzer shouldn't say anything -- unless good friends of both players and know they would want a comment. But still good practice just to go to the director.
