Kibitzing - Yes or No?

a bg match is one on one. if there is any inkling (or less) that a kib favors one side or another it is unacceptible. kibitzers are watchers and have NO role in the play of the match. they can report what the think they saw if asked by the TD &/or BOTH participants, but otherwise remain silent. i also believe that if you are watching a match and leave, you should not be allowed to return (unless you inform the players that you are taking a bathroom break and will return). the kib's role is NOT to report anything from the match to ANYONE (other than the TD for clock, match length, etc problems).
