Weird rules question

Interesting data from Chuck that NFL coaches aren't getting any better at this stuff over the years. It's probably just that I notice it more often when someone actually goes for it on 4th down.

Rules question: (I probabably should know this but don't).

On a point-after-touchdown kick if the defense blocks the kick can they run it back to the end-zone and score something? (1,2,6 points)?

On a 2-point conversion try if the defense intercepts (or picks up a fumble) can they run it back to the end-zone and score something? (1,2,6 points)?
