MCG -- Ray Match

Maybe MCG or Ray can reconstruct and post the two cube positions in the last game of their match which determined who would play David Rubin for the right to play Joe Russell.

Ray led 6-5/9. I did not see Ray's 2-cube to MCG but heard it was optimistic to say the least -- perhaps it was time influenced as Ray was precariously low on time. I did see MCG's recube to 4 for the match. I think it was definitely RD/T but my only concern was should MCG have not recubed since Ray only had 16 seconds left at the time? If MCG hit with the roll from the bar -- Ray had a three point home board and two blots as I recall -- he may have gammoned Ray anyway. If not, the match might have been extended a game or more whether he hit or not -- and with Ray with only 16 seconds left it would have gotten very interesting.

How much should remaining reserve time influence a cube decision?
