Dream team management...

IMO there needs to be a deadline for votes (both sides, but this is tougher if you require certain people to vote) and a tiebreaker algorithm. Make that 'unbiased' tiebreaker algorithm.

I think the old one worked pretty well, as we got opinions from the crew, dreamers or not. But I'm not opposed to your proposal, particularly because you are managing it. (That's the way it ought to be -- the worker gets to make the rules.)

Are you, Jason, going to be the one who decides when to stop for a vote? (Fine with me. When Stick made the decision I recall we could go through an entire match and maybe get to make one or two decisions. :))
