Dream team management...

IMO there needs to be a deadline for votes (both sides, but this is tougher if you require certain people to vote) and a tiebreaker algorithm. Make that 'unbiased' tiebreaker algorithm.
I've been pondering this... I think 24 hours for a vote is good in general. If the Dream Team is tied, it could be for a variety of reasons. It could be a 2-2-1 split, and then you just ask the fifth guy to pick between the top two. It could be an absurd 1-1-1-1-1 tie, which will NEVER happen. =)
The other possibility is a 2-2-? tie, where the ? is somebody who doesn't make it in to vote. That needs to be addressed.
Are you, Jason, going to be the one who decides when to stop for a vote?
If I'm managing the minutia, then I'll decide. But I'm going to take a pretty anti-Next stance, reserving a Next for only the most blindingly obvious decisions.
Also, I might do something where I post a vote from the Readers, and if the first ten votes come in all in favor of the same play in the first few hours, I might just change it to a Next to move it along, on the presumption that if it's unanimous that early, the vote won't change over the 24 hours. Cube decisions should never be Nexted.
Whatever happens, I'll come up with some specific procedural guidelines that are simple. Even though this is for fun, I don't want it to be too ad hoc.
