Cube decisions should indeed be Nexted when they are obvious Nexts.

Do you mean like the ordinary "No Double" that comes up more often than not?

See, I'm really not sure what to do about this part.

Solution #1: Post two threads per vote. One is the cube decision for the day, one is the checker play. Do like on Kit's site... the checker play is under the assumption that the vote is for No Double.

Solution #2: Post for a cube decision only when it's "close". The problem with this is quiz factor.

Really, I'm not sure what to do.
