Pittsburgh tourn modified swiss,mand clocks

Modified swiss format, double elimination, no last chance mandatory clocks in all open division matches. Free novice entry with a minimum of 5 matches played and a chance at $500. Abt awards. Calcutta auctioneer Ray Fogerlund. A couple changes this year to say the least.
