Need Poker Help

I just finished my first 370 games at FullTilt. I am mostly satisfied with my post flop play. I was using Miller's "Small Stakes Hold 'Em" loose games pre flop advice. That tactic created a PokerTracker VP$IP of 33.78%. That seems way too loose. What is an advisable VP$IP range?

For my last 75 game session, I changed my preflop tactics to match Miller's "Getting Started in Hold 'Em". This caused a 12% VP$IP. The greatly different pre flop charts from Miller's two mentioned books is surprising. Any thoughts about the great discrepancy?

Also, Poker Tracker's default Aggression Factor threshold is 2.0. Thus any aggression factor less than 2.0 is passive. This seems to be quite high. My Agression Factor has been 1.22. This does not seem passive. Is 2.0 an appropriate threshold? There are only two default AF ratings - passive or aggressive. Should I establish three default ratings - passive, moderate, or aggressive? Stick, what is your VP$IP, PFR%, and AF? You are my poker hero. Please tell.

Stanley
