Mistake in OLM -- how to fix?

Why does the diagram show as if we played 8/4 5/2 last roll?

The diagram is indeed wrong, because the vote was for 8/5 6/2, but I accidentally input 8/4 5/2.

The error changes the resulting play for XG, so it's more than a matter of repairing the diagram.

Should I rewind the match and play it correctly, leading us down a totally different road?
