Remember password?

I keep getting asked (by Firefox) about remembering my password. I say yes every time, but it doesn't work and I get asked about it every time I Preview or Post something here. Note that I don't have to enter my password, it's just some quirky Firefox thing I think.

It's a little bit annoying and perhaps it's just a settings thing. Is there an easy cure?
