Tough 11 vs Keene

White's timing is pretty bad for a backgame here. The kamikaze 13/12* 6/4 3/2 will certainly improve White's timing, but a gammon loss loses the match and it doesn't seem that What should give up all hope of winning going forwards just yet.
Given that, I think 24/23(2) is mandatory. If White ends up playing a backgame, then the 2-3 backgame will generate shots sooner than a 1-3 backgame, and White needs to generate shots soon before he starts to crunch. On the other hand, if White ends up abandoning the forward anchor, then the deuce-point holding game is better than the ace-point game (generates shots sooner, again, and loses fewer gammons). White does have the option of abandoning the rear anchor entirely, but that seems premature. Black's structure is awkward enough that keeping both anchors for now seems worthwhile.
The main question is whether to hit. I think I would hit. This may be White's best chance to win going forwards. If White can contain Black's hit checker and then run off the front anchor, White will be in decent shape. If the position becomes gammonish then White can ship the cube and turn the game into gammon go. If the plan fails and White gets hit back, then White still has the backgame to fall back on.
24/23(2) 13/12*/11
