Tough indeed. Slotting the 4pt is a powerful two-way plan, but promoting the 24pt anchor to the 23pt is compelling as well, and you can't have both if you hit (which is top priority).

Initially I leaned towards the 23pt (i.e., 24/23(2) 23/12*/11) until I noticed that staying back on the 24pt gives you the compensation of transforming Black's outfield anchor into two more blots if Opp enters with 51. That's enough for me to switch to 13/12*/11 6/4, as the plays seem otherwise close.
