Legal Moves or Not

Jason writes: I just transcribed a match off of video where my opponent constantly did all of these.
The first time Opponent uses two hands to move checkers I say, "Would you use one hand only for moving the checkers, please." The first time Opponent picks up the dice when it's still my turn I say, "Would you wait until my turn is over before picking up the dice, please." And the first time Opponent touches checkers or dice on the board when it's not his turn I likewise ask him not to do that.
An amiable opponent might get one more reminder. After that, I'm calling the director.
If Opponent rolls prematurely, I might remind him that if he does that I am entitled to complete my move knowing what his roll is and that I will take advantage of that rule.
Consequently, perhaps, I have had very few problems with opponents not following procedures, and when I did, it never continued throughout a match.
