Doubling Cube is where most of the online tournaments, Qseries, Warp, LOC, etc are played. Gammonzone is good for hosted tournaments, and the Cove is where a lot of pick up matches are played. One thing to note when selecting the rooms at SHG is the dice next to the room on the room listing page. If you play in rooms that have the red dice next to them you will not get the random dice distribution that you would expect but a dice distribution that gives approximately 9.2% doubles overall. This was a big issue about three months ago, when it was discovered that all of the SHG rooms had this dice error. SHG changed all of the rooms to use correct dice but had such an outcry from much of their user base that they gave in and allowed many of the rooms (most as it turns out) to go back to using the skewed distribution.

I play as BigWill on SHG, but I am only a BGOer because I lurk here and throw out an occasional comment. My current level of play is no where near what I think of as BGO standards.
