I explicitly put in both gammon losses and recube vig (2-cube and 4-cube), which brings the number up to 28%.

My mistake was using 2-away, 5-away (75%) MEq instead of the correct 3-away, 5-away (65%). I found the error in part of the calculation but not all. Mistakes like that are obviously very costly.

BTW, it helps to have a gut-feel before you do a calculation. Often when the calculation is far from the gut, you get an indication you screwed up the calculation. I was pretty sure before calc'ing that this was a pass and was surprised the calculation made the decision close. Of course OtB, if you can even do one of these in your head, there isn't usually additional time to repeat.
