I'll adopt to whatever way you use and I've known you've done it this way before but is it too confusing do you think to simply list the sequence as the file name so instead of the above we'd have:

54S.63.S [R H1 $4..."

I only ask now because I have a lot of reply AtS rollouts and that's how I've been doing it. It gets esp. complicated at at non pure scores. I like the hyphens to separate the rolls in general but when adding the AtS symbol I have always switched to periods and then, as shown below, could use the hyphens for the score part if needed.

I'm sure there's a better solution, I haven't given it any thought until I saw this post.
