Revisiting OLM Th 12/24/09

Some computer time freed up so I decided to try rolling out the 12/24/09 position from the Test OLM. This is the one where I argued for hitting but was outvoted umpteen to one. After 2592 games it is still TCTC. It would be interesting to see what XG thinks. I am probably going to roll this one out longer but it will take a while because most of my computer resources are still tied up doing other things.
To recall my reasoning for hitting: I felt that running did not accomplish much even if we did not get hit, and that tempo is very important in this kind of position. We want to make points, and I think hitting gives us a better chance to do that than running.
