If we enter with the 1, we can't safety our blot on our bar point. But if we enter with the 2, we are 6 away from White's spare on his 8 point. We lose many more pips if we are hit on our bar point. We're ahead in the race now. I'll go with B/23 7/6. -- Wishing all BGonliners a Happy and Healthy New Year, in backgammon and in life. - Marc
