Is it logically possible to have a position which is too good to double since (in terms of the equities of the player on roll) "no redouble" has an equity > 2 and "pass" has an equity of 2 and "take" has an equity < 2 ? Usually, of course, the "take" equity is > 2 so the opponent passes.

If it is logically possible, can anyone devise such a position ?
