U.S. BG Server

I remember some discussion back about desire to setup a U.S. backgammon server that would allow legal money play.

Per this article, http://majorwager.com/index.cfm?page=27&show_column=791, it seems that a monthly flat fee "club" can work for most states (Rose committed on the law).
