In Response To: Play A "loses more gammons" (Tom Keith)

Tom, mostly what I'm asking for is that support for the "View Statistics" feature in GNU be increased, so that for example

1. those statistics can be saved to a file, and

2. variance-reduced versions of those statistics be computed.

I'm not suggesting getting rid of any features, just adding some. I am also arguing that getting used to a new mindset in which we train ourselves to think ATS directly, rather than using cubelessness as a stepping stone, is a better way to go as far as reference positions go. However, that's not to be interpreted as a suggestion that some existing feature of a bot be eliminated.
