I wouldn't run at any score. Hit for sure. The question is whether to lift the 3.

With the 3, I would definitely not lift for money (or GG), while at GS I definitely would lift.

It's a tough question at DMP. This looks much closer than the position Stick linked, because Blue doesn't need to buy nearly as much escape time on average. The outfield anchors are a nuisance but maybe it won't matter. And with no lift there will be an issue of duplicated 1s (and 6s if White enters on her 19pt) -- which isn't a big deal but it counts for something.

I'll go with hit and down at this score, but without much conviction.
