I agree with others that taking two checkers off is best. I would take off two even if Yellow's 6pt spare were back on her 17pt -- Stick's suggested alternate position) -- though that one looks very close to me due to Yellow's being able to hold the 22pt a lot more often/longer (see Stick's post for a nice summary of the usual reasons why that's relevant).

I would also take off two in Tim's suggested variant of moving two of Brown's 2pt spares to his 1pt. Reducing the 2pt to one checker (after two off) does lead to two-roll shot sequences with combinations of 62 52, but taking off the ace gains greater efficiency, so I would expect the net effect to be very small. (Btw, after making the 4pt, there is an immediate shot number: double 3s.)
