Santa Fe Open Seeding/Calcutta

There are a total of 46 in the Open. We put 15 in Column A and the rest in B. Winning bidder picks one from A and one from B. The remaining B players are placed randomly on teams (with the last team sold getting an extra player). Thanks to me for pushing the Peoria auction process, and thanks to Joe Russel for modifying the format where the remaining players are drawn.
