Three times now I have had minor issues with eXtreme Gammon that prompted me to send an email message to their support address. Two of these three times I have gotten a message back in less than 12 hours from Xavier addressing the issue... on the weekend no less! The third one was from another support person, and I think it may have taken almost a whole 24 hours. I just wanted to publicly say what a pleasure it is to get this kind of attention from a software (or any other) company. Thanks eXtreme!
