64S 41 XG 4 ply RO

While looking here at Stick's posted RO results for something interesting to test at a higher level of strength, I came across this sequence which intrigued me since the results of the RO's for 41 after 62S and 63S indicate that building with the 4 is correct and since I was unaware that splitting 24/20 was rather clearly correct after 64S (previously I'd seen GNU results indicating that it was close)

Anyhow, next up will be 63S 41 and I'll leave it to the theoreticians here to tell us why, after hitting with the ace, splitting the 4 is better vs 64S and building 13/9 is likely better vs 63S.
