Thanks for pointing to your post describing your own system, Tony. I wasn't active on the forums when you put that up.

I kind of blew my response to this question, because I handled it (in the way you suggest) in my original post when I said, "I prefer to see the high die listed first, followed by the low die, followed by the move corresponding to the high die, then the move corresponding to the low die, but this isn't absolutely necessary." Obviously, adopting this convention would clarify such problems.
