Kazaross/Rockwell MET Formulas

Since Woolsey's table is no longer the MET of choice, it would be good if there were some formula that would approximate the numbers in the table. Previously, I had been using the Janoski Formula while memorizing the first two lines of the table, and I know Neil's Numbers worked pretty well also. Have any of you nerds out there come up with a useful formula for the new table.
