Is the tricky play really a blunder?

I'm thinking that several plays lock White into an ace point game with 8/2(2) and two more sixes, of which one play seems best. And then there's the recirculatory 13/7(2) 14/2, slotting, which some bot evaluates as a blunder.

What's best? And by how much? And would you trust your bot to know?
