I'm probably missing something tricky, but 13/7 23/18 leaps out at me, as it seems to do most of the things I want to do (containment, bring a spare out to help with the battle). This doesn't look like a good opportunity to attack inside, so I guess 13/7 13/8 is the alternative, but that doesn't feel right. The back checker isn't doing me any good where it is, and a five is its ticket to join the battle, so I think it's right to come up. The blot on my midpoint (after 13/7 23/18) isn't ideal, but getting hit isn't fatal. If it's missed, my checkers are in pretty efficient places in what looks like more of a positional battle than a tactical one.
