I suppose the fact that 6/5 is good for the offense is also a factor making 24/23 not as good. We aren't comparing moving only the 6 vs. moving the 6 and finding an ace.

I don't know if there is a way to roll out whether it's better to just move 24/23 or do nothing (after 14/8 in both cases).
