Potential 234 backgame

This is a published position which I'll credit properly in a subsequent post. In the meantime, what's the plan here? Should White make a third point in White's board, hit two (and which two?), or perhaps something else?

Also, how well would you expect a bot to play this? Is it worth a rollout?
