In Response To: Stick vs. the World (Henrik Bukkjaer)

For those not already aware of it, I highly recommend the book The Professor, The Banker, and The Suicide King: Inside the Richest Poker Game of All Time by Michael Craig. It is the true story of how the billionaire Andy Beal challenged some of the best poker players in the world to play heads-up poker for ultra-high stakes. Beal was always trying to push the stakes higher because a few million here and there meant nothing to him, whereas he figured it might put pressure on his opponents.
