BPC Sunday Bi Monthly vs Carter

In round 1 of the Bar Pt Club vs world travel Carter Mattig this race came up. Should I recube and if I do, should he take ? As ususual don't use a bot, and post your reasoning to decide. We cannot bring bots to the table so we need to learn how to do races ourselves.
