13/9 11/9 has merits since Black's position is so inflexible. It might force Black to play a lot of rolls awkwardly. This might be a position where going through all of Black's rolls is needed, to see how well they play. I still like hitting 13/7* though. If Black does make that bar point after 13/9 11/9, Yellow has a much tougher game, whereas if Black is hit back after 13/7* it's usually not so bad.
