When Is it a Cube? A Fight for 6's

In this position re this match, I'm interested in your thoughts, opinions re a cube ? In the actual match, I did NOT cube thinking it might be No Double/ Take OTB.(Don't scroll down-answer is there!) Is it a cube in a money game? At what scores in a 15 point match would this definitely be a cube for me as trailer let's say? Thanks in advance...
