In Response To: Racquetball is Not Exactly the Same Game as Squash (Henrik Bukkjaer)

In my day I played very considerable amounts of racquetball and badminton, no squash. With increasing levels of skill and with players of relatively equal prowess, both can be very physically demanding w/ high cardio requirements.

I would be hard pressed to select between them as to the most demanding; however, the occasional play of high-level badminton on grass courts certainly merits consideration in my experience.

As an aside, in all my years of racquetball I only saw one other player who hit a backhand as I did -- with the same face of the racquet as the forehand. When one becomes proficient in doing so, a tremendous amount of power and racquet head speed can be generated.
