Preventing White from escaping with a 6 is only part of the equation. Forcing White to play 6/1 with a 6 looks even more important. I also make the 10pt. For the remaining 3s, 8/5(2) leaves Blue a little cramped if he doesn't escape the back checker immediately, so perhaps 8/2 is better? Not sure.
