We aren't dead yet, and in particular our race deficit isn't a reason to shun race chances. Moving up two or three pips gives us escaping chanes (with big rolls). I like moving up only to the 22-point vs. 21-point as it gives opp a less juicy target and a better entering spot if it finds a PoH present under the dice tree.
