Not the easiest set of sixes I have ever seen...

I'd like to bring the acepoint checker out. So 24/18. That forces 13/7. Then the choice is between 15/9(2) and 20/14(2). 20/14(2) is actually safer -- 10 numbers miss vs. 8 because 2-2 and 4-4 are blocked -- and it looks like it makes a position that's easier to bring home if missed, with the checkers in communication, and with landing places the blots can easily get to. And I think White can afford to give up the 20 point, not just because it's DMP, but because Black's not in position to complete a close-out. Getting hit twice would be awful, but getting hit once gives White many rolls that enter and either safety or hit a Black blot.
If not 24/18, then it's either (a) 13/1 and one of the shifting plays, which leaves no blots except the straggler. With 13/1 15/9(2) looks best, because the position after 20/14(2) is so stripped, or (b) one of the double shift plays, which leaves the straggler and the 13 point blot. 20/14(2) 15/9(2) looking best because of the communication.
I think White should play 24/18 13/7 20/14(2) despite the many immediate shots. Other safer looking plays will often be safe only for this one roll.
