Opening rollouts in DB?

In www.bkgm.com/openings (and other web sites) there is a wealth of information from rollouts of opening rolls, replies, etc. The information is in the form of web pages. Does this information exist in a database? An Excel spreadsheet? If not, are there text files (no html formatting) containing the data that could be used to build a DB of openings, replies, 3rd moves? I am looking for the full data not just a table of best moves. For example, after 31P, 21 played as 24/23 13/11 results in a win rate of .421, gammon rate .110, bg rate .004, and an equity of -.239. This is a huge amount of data and we could all benefit from DB organization of it.
