In Response To: Terminology (Henrik Bukkjaer)

I would not swap the players around, I think that is too unclear. One way to solve the problem of starting in a different column would be as follows:

- First game: opening roll and move in left column - Next games: if the other player wins the opening roll, note in the left column "No Turn" and after that, note roll and play in the right column.
