Standardizing match score notation

If nobody cares about this, I won't shed a tear, but I want some input on a compact notation for match scores. Maybe the nactation enthusiasts will like this.
We write scores with "away" terminology, so 10-8 in a 15 point match is 5-away/7-away. But I want to do better. So here's a first draft:
- -5/-7 = person on roll/to move is 5-away, opponent is 7-away
- Maybe we want to build cube value/location into the score:
- -5[2]/-7 = person on roll/to move is 5-away and holds a 2-cube, opponent is 7-away
- C/-3 = person to move is at Crawford and opponent is 3-away
- P/-3 = post-Crawford -- person on roll/to move is 1-away.
- Maybe then we could write P[2]/-3 after the cube is turned?
You MIGHT eliminate the minus signs, but I wouldn't want to confuse this with the actual match score.
