Blue's reinforcements are a long way from the scene of the crime and White has a perfect offense in place, so Blue will have trouble sustaining an attack. This gives White plenty of opportunities to anchor and hit some type of fly shot along the way, so I would take as White.

Blue has a modest racing advantage, a double shot at a second checker, and a solid offensive. Depending on the dice, he may be able to attack, prime, or simply bring it home quietly and win the race. I would double as Blue.
